This is the only apartment complex near Gimhae Airport, and the unit is located on the 13th floor. It consists of one bathroom, two bedrooms, and a living room. Check-in is contactless. The standard occupancy is 2 people, with a maximum of 3. An additional fee of 50,000 KRW per week applies for a third person. (Beds: 1 Queen, 1 Single) A pet fee of 50,000 KRW per pet applies. Please notify us in advance of any additional guests; if unauthorized occupants are discovered, the cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions (sent on the day of check-in).
* Please ensure you sort your recycling, dispose of food and general waste, and tidy up the room before checking out. * The recycling area is located on the 1st floor; enter the passageway between the 123-line and 45-line of Building 201 and walk to the far right end. * Units without a food waste card must dispose of food waste as general waste using standard designated trash bags, while recyclables must be taken to the recycling area. * An additional cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW will be charged if waste has not been properly disposed of. * Additional cleaning fees will be charged (deducted from the deposit) if the room is left in poor condition due to permanent damage, stains, or foul odors; please take great care to maintain the room's condition. * Damage to wallpaper, flooring, etc., will incur repair costs of at least 200,000 KRW, which may be deducted from the deposit or billed separately. * Smoking is strictly prohibited; a fine of 300,000 KRW applies for violations. Smoking causes distress to other residents in the same building line, so please strictly observe this rule. * You must agree to the terms regarding additional cleaning fees, repair costs, and fines before checking in. * Rearranging furniture or altering the room structure is not permitted, and you must not leave behind any personal furniture or items. * Please take extreme care regarding pet urine, marking, and shedding.
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee. Excessive or indiscriminate use of electricity, water, or gas may result in additional charges.
My family (my spouse, our 6-year-old son, and I) stayed very comfortably in this home during our 12-week business trip to Busan. The place was clean and the neighborhood was pleasant; plus, the proximity to the subway station made getting around very convenient. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Busan for business or travel.
