This is a pleasant, newly built apartment—the only one located near Gimhae Airport. It consists of one bathroom, two bedrooms, and a living room. It is fully equipped with all essentials, including air conditioning, a fan, Wi-Fi, a TV, a refrigerator, and a washing machine. The Nakdong River 30-ri bicycle path (famous for cherry blossoms) and the Gangseo Bright Center (featuring a gym, swimming pool, yoga studio, and library) are just a 2–3 minute walk away.
It is a 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk from Gimhae Airport, and a 1-minute drive or 5-minute walk from Deokdu Station on the light rail line.
Check-in is contactless. The standard occupancy is 2 people, with a maximum of 3. An additional fee of 50,000 KRW per week applies for a third person. (Beds: 1 Queen, 1 Single) Please notify us in advance if there are additional guests; unauthorized occupancy beyond the standard limit will result in a deduction from your security deposit. A pet fee of 50,000 KRW per pet applies. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions (sent on the day of check-in).
* Before checking out, please ensure you sort your recycling, dispose of food and general waste properly, and tidy up the room. * The recycling area is located on the 1st floor; enter the passageway between the "123" and "45" lines of Building 201 and walk to the far right end. * Units without a food waste card must dispose of food waste as general waste using a standard waste bag, while recyclables must be taken to the recycling area. * An additional cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW will be charged if waste is not disposed of properly. * Additional cleaning fees will be charged (deducted from the deposit) if the room is left in poor condition—such as with permanent damage, stains, or lingering odors—so please take good care of the room. * Damage to wallpaper, flooring, etc., will incur repair costs of at least 200,000 KRW, which may be deducted from the deposit or billed separately. * Smoking is strictly prohibited; a fine of 300,000 KRW applies for violations. Smoking causes distress to other residents in the same building line, so please strictly observe this rule. * You must agree to the terms regarding additional cleaning fees, repair costs, and fines before checking in. * Rearranging furniture or altering the room structure is not permitted, and you must not leave behind any personal furniture or items when checking out. * Please take extreme care regarding pet urine, marking, and shedding.
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee. Excessive or indiscriminate use of electricity, water, or gas may result in additional charges.
