This is the only apartment building at Gimhae Airport, offering a high-floor view from the 15th floor. It consists of 2 bathrooms, 3 rooms, and 1 living room. Located a 2-3 minute walk from the Nakdong River's 30-ri (approx. 12 km) riverside bike path (cherry blossom path) and the Gangseo Bright Center (gym, swimming pool, yoga, library), it is a suitable space for a relaxed lifestyle.
It is a 3-minute drive/15-minute walk from Gimhae Airport, and a 1-minute drive/5-minute walk from Deokdu Light Rail Station.
Check-in is contactless. The maximum number of occupants is 5. (2 queen beds, 1 single bed) There is a 50,000 KRW pet fee. If you are found using the room with more people than the basic number of occupants without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Please be sure to inform us of any additional guests in advance. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. (The check-in code will be sent on the day of check-in, before check-in time.)
* Before checking out, please separate recyclables, food waste, and general trash, and tidy up the room. * The recycling center is located on the 1st floor of Building 201, between lines 123 and 45. Enter the passage and walk to the far right! * Rooms without a food waste card must dispose of food waste in the general trash. Recyclables must be disposed of in the recycling center. * If trash is not disposed of, an additional cleaning fee of 50,000 won will be charged. * In cases of permanent damage, contamination, odor, or other poor room conditions, an additional cleaning fee will be charged and deducted from the deposit. Please be mindful of the room's condition. * If there is damage to the wallpaper or floor, repair costs of 200,000 won or more may be incurred and deducted from the deposit or charged additionally. * Smoking is strictly prohibited, and a fine of 300,000 won will be imposed for smoking. Smoking will cause distress to residents in the same line. Please adhere to this rule. * You must agree to the terms regarding additional cleaning fees, repair costs, fines, etc., to check in. * Furniture arrangement or structural changes are not allowed, and you must not leave any personal furniture you brought into the room. * Please be extremely careful with pet urine, marking, and hair.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. Indiscriminate use of electricity, water, gas, etc. may result in additional costs in the future.
The location was incredibly convenient, and I had a quiet, comfortable, and clean stay. I was worried it might be noisy since it's near the airport, but I was surprised by how quiet it actually was. Thank you for the prompt responses and assistance whenever I had a question. I’d love to stay here again if I have the chance!
