The 3rd floor is for women only. This is a simple and comfortable standard room. It includes a desk, a hanger, and a bed! A basket for shower supplies, a laundry bag, and slippers are provided. If you need bedding, it can be provided for an additional 20,000 won.

Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions.
If the property is damaged or contaminated, you will be charged for the cost of repairs. It is cleaned so that you can use it immediately after moving in.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
