The 3rd floor is exclusively for women. It is a simple and comfortable Standard room. It comes equipped with a desk, a clothes rack, and a bed! A shower caddy, a laundry bag, and indoor slippers are provided. Bedding is available for an additional fee of 20,000 KRW.
It is located a 300-meter walk from Hoegi Station Exit 1; go straight for 2–3 minutes from the Olive Young near the station towards HUFS (Hankuk University of Foreign Studies), and you will find it across from Kkummaru Children's Library. 3rd Floor (Women Only), 4th Floor (Men Only)
Once the contract is finalized, we will send you a message with information regarding move-in and usage.
Compensation for damages will be charged in the event of property damage or soiling. The space has been thoroughly cleaned and is ready for immediate use upon move-in.
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee.
