The 4th floor is exclusively for men. This is a spacious room at Woody featuring an interior window. It comes equipped with a desk, a clothes rack, a bed, and a refrigerator! A basket for toiletries, a laundry bag, and indoor slippers are also provided. If you require bedding, it is available for an additional fee of 20,000 KRW.
Located a 300-meter walk from Hoegi Station Exit 1. From the Olive Young in front of Hoegi Station, walk straight toward Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) for 2–3 minutes; we are located directly across from Kkummaru Children's Library. 3rd Floor (Women Only), 4th Floor (Men Only)
Once the contract is finalized, we will send you a message with instructions regarding move-in and usage.
Compensation fees will be charged for any damage to or contamination of property. The space has been thoroughly cleaned so that you can use it immediately upon move-in.
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee.
