-Lake Park, elementary school, and traditional market are 3 minutes away. -There is a bus stop next to the building, and a large road bus stop is 3 minutes away. -Homeplus, department store, express bus terminal, and Taehwagang Station are 10 minutes away. -City Hall and Lotte Mart are 10 minutes away. -There are 2 parking spaces in the building, but please note that they are narrow. -Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis for residents.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once the contract is confirmed, you will receive separate instructions for check-in and use. - No smoking indoors. Please be mindful of noise after 9 PM. - The standard occupancy is 2 people, and additional guests will incur a surcharge. - Pets are strictly prohibited. Violators will be charged. - Check-in time is after 3 PM, and check-out time is by 11 AM. - Please dispose of trash and separate recyclables properly.
-CCTV is in operation both inside and outside the building. Smoking is prohibited. -If a complaint is made due to noise late at night, you will be evicted without a refund. -If bedding or curtains are stained due to dyeing or contamination, you will be charged for laundry and damages. ☆Entire Room -Queen-size mattress for 2 people -Clothes hanger, shoe rack, full-length mirror -Vacuum cleaner, mop, fan -Trash can, TV, TV stand, two air conditioners ☆Kitchen -Dining table for 4, 2 chairs, built-in refrigerator, washing machine, various seasonings -Induction cooktop, microwave oven, electric kettle, electric rice cooker -Dinnerware set for 2, spoons and chopsticks, scissors, tongs, cutting board, kitchen knife, dish soap -2 wine glasses, 4 water cups, 2 pots, frying pan -Disposable bags, plastic wrap ☆Bathroom -Hair dryer (Toothbrushes, foam cleanser, razors, toothpaste, and all other toiletries must be brought by yourself) -Please note that you may be charged for damages if items are broken or damaged. We would appreciate it if you would use the facilities cleanly.
Gas, electricity, water, and internet fees are all included. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
