-Lake Park, elementary school, and traditional market are 3 minutes away. -There is a bus stop next to the building, and a large road bus stop 3 minutes away. -Homeplus, department store, express bus terminal, and Taehwagang Station are 10 minutes away. -City Hall and Lotte Mart are 10 minutes away. -Please note that there are 2 parking spaces in the building, but they are narrow.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once the contract is confirmed, you will receive separate instructions for check-in and use. - No smoking indoors, be mindful of noise late at night. - The basic occupancy is 2 people, and additional guests will incur a surcharge. - Pets are strictly prohibited. If discovered, a fee will be charged. - Check-in time is after 3 PM, check-out time is by 11 AM. - Guests are responsible for taking out trash and separating recyclables.

We would appreciate it if you would use the facilities cleanly.
Electricity, water, gas, and internet are all included. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
I slept well, and I think the owner is a real housekeeping expert! I'm picky about everything from the interior to hygiene, but I had a really good stay. ㅎㅎ
It's always a comfortable and clean home. ^^
