- Check-in is contactless. - Once the contract is confirmed, you will receive separate instructions for check-in and use. - No smoking indoors. Please be mindful of noise after 9 PM. - The standard occupancy is 2 people, and additional guests will incur a surcharge. - Pets are strictly prohibited. Violators will be charged. - Check-in time is after 3 PM, and check-out time is by 11 AM. - Please dispose of trash and separate recyclables properly.

We would appreciate it if you would use the facilities cleanly.
Gas, electricity, water, and internet fees are all included. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
