This house was recently remodeled in white. We welcome those who will be staying for a short time due to the interior design. It is a 2-story house, 30 pyeong (approx. 99 sqm). It has 3 rooms, and the kitchen and living room are bright and spacious. The bathroom is clean. There are 2 verandas and stairs leading to the rooftop. Private rooftop use is available. Since it is a single-family unit, there is no noise between floors or from neighbors. Small pets are allowed. There is a special cleaning fee for pets.
It's about a 10-minute walk from Yeonsinnae Station. There's a village bus stop 5 minutes away. Parking is available at the house. The house is located on the main road, so you don't have to go into an alley. There are many shops nearby, such as a laundromat, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, and convenience stores, which are essential for daily life. The street is well-lit with many shops and streetlights, so you can get home safely.
Check-in is contactless. We will send you a basic manual one day before check-in. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
If you are visiting our home for interior design purposes, a full move-in is also possible. Please note that wallpaper and flooring may be damaged during the moving process. If you intend to store your belongings and reside in the space, you will be responsible for restoring any damaged wallpaper and flooring to its original condition. Small pets are allowed, but a special cleaning fee of 500,000 KRW will be charged for the benefit of other guests. This fee must be paid upon check-in. A unique feature is that the first floor is a gallery. The pathway to the second floor overlaps by about 2 meters. If there is no exhibition on the first floor, the first-floor space can be used.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
