This home has recently undergone a white-themed renovation. Small pets are allowed. It features two bright bedrooms, a kitchen, and a small living area. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Furnishings include a queen-size Ace mattress and bed frame, as well as a super-single latex mattress and bed frame. The ceilings are higher and the unit gets more natural light than typical semi-basement homes. Stylish and convenient track lighting is installed throughout. You also have exclusive use of a small yard (approximately 10 square meters).
It takes about a 10-minute walk from Yeonsinnae Station. There is a local bus stop just 5 minutes away. The building faces the main road, so you don't have to walk through any back alleys. Essential amenities—such as a laundromat, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, and convenience stores—are located right nearby. With plenty of shops and streetlights, the area is well-lit, ensuring a safe walk home.
Check-in is contactless. We will send you an information guide on the day of check-in. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon).
Although it is a semi-basement unit, the building sits on slightly elevated ground, so there has never been any flooding. A dehumidifier is provided to keep the living space comfortable and dry. Items included (not shown in photos): Kitchen: Refrigerator, dining table, 2 dining chairs, induction cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, cooking utensils, tableware Large room: Queen-size bed, table, clothes rack, hair dryer, dehumidifier Small room: Single-size bed, table, 1 armchair Other: Cleaning supplies, trash can (Small pets are allowed, but a special cleaning fee of 400,000 KRW applies out of consideration for other residents; this fee must be paid upon move-in.)
Additional management fees may be charged if the included items are used excessively.
Thanks to the kind landlord, I was so happy to have such a warm start to my life in Seoul. The place is beautiful and fully renovated, making it clean and comfortable. The landlord was incredibly thoughtful, looking after every little detail to ensure I felt at ease. It’s also a great location with all kinds of amenities right nearby—a supermarket, rice cake shop, laundromat, restaurants, and cafes. I also met wonderful neighbors during my stay, which makes me feel that both the landlord and the home itself have a truly positive energy. I’m leaving with such happy memories! ♡
