It takes about 10 minutes on foot from Yeonsinnae Station.
I will send the usage instructions one day before the contract date.
Convenience facilities such as a supermarket, pharmacy, laundromat, and Chinese restaurant are located right in front. Pets are allowed, but a special cleaning fee (200,000 KRW) will be charged. You are required to restore the property to its original condition if any damage is caused by your pet upon checkout.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of the included utilities.
