This 5-pyeong studio apartment has a super single-size bed that can accommodate up to two people. It is a clean studio apartment that has been recently remodeled in a modern white tone. It is equipped with sufficient supplies and consumables for a short stay. There are many other rooms besides the one in the photo.

Check-in is contactless. It will proceed once the contract is confirmed. We will send it to you. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Cooking utensils, pots, dishes, and cleaning supplies are provided. You only need to bring your personal hygiene items (such as toiletries). It is prepared exactly as shown in the photos.
The room is clean and ready for immediate occupancy. Additional charges may apply for excessive use of gas or electricity. Please remember to turn off the heating/cooling system when you go out to save energy. Provided Items 1. Bedding is set up as shown in the photos. This includes a single bed (SS), pillow, duvet, mattress pad, and mattress cover (all items are less than 1 year old). You will be charged for any stains that cannot be removed by washing (e.g., kimchi juice, bloodstains). 2. Personal hygiene items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and towels, as well as disposable items, are not provided. 3. Laundry detergent, kitchen detergent, cleaning supplies, standard/food waste bags, and toilet paper are provided. 4. Basic cooking utensils such as pots, pans, and tableware, a drying rack, and a hairdryer are provided. There are also several self-service laundromats nearby.

The room had great natural light and was close to the subway station! The host was very kind, and the place was well-stocked with necessary amenities, making for a comfortable stay. Thanks to this, I was able to get some good rest.
