Check-in is contactless. It will proceed once the contract is confirmed. We will send it to you. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Cooking utensils, pots, dishes, and cleaning supplies are provided. You only need to bring your personal hygiene items (such as toiletries). It is prepared exactly as shown in the photos.
Amenities Guide 1. Bedding is set up as shown in the photos. The bed (SS) includes pillows, comforters, mattress pads, and mattress covers (all products within 1 year of purchase). You will be charged for any stains that cannot be removed by washing (e.g., kimchi juice, bloodstains). 2. Personal hygiene items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and towels, as well as disposable items, are not provided. 3. Laundry detergent, kitchen detergent, cleaning supplies, standard/food waste bags, and toilet paper are provided. 4. Basic cooking utensils such as pots, pans, and tableware, a drying rack, and a hairdryer are provided. There are also several self-service laundromats nearby. 5. There is a large shared dryer in the basement. The space is cleaned and ready for immediate check-in. Additional charges may apply for excessive use of gas or electricity. Please remember to turn off the heating/cooling when you go out to save energy.
