Sillim-dong Golden House is: - Located in a prime area, just a 1-minute walk from Exit 1 of Sillim Station (Line 2). - A large studio apartment building, newly constructed three years ago. These are spacious studio units furnished with a queen-size bed, suitable for two guests. The units are clean and have been recently remodeled with a modern white color scheme. All necessary amenities and supplies are provided for a comfortable short-term stay. We have multiple units available in addition to those shown in the photos.

The check-in process is contactless. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you the necessary instructions. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are strictly prohibited. Cooking utensils, pots, tableware, and cleaning supplies are provided. You only need to bring your personal hygiene items (such as toiletries). The unit is set up exactly as shown in the photos.
The unit is thoroughly cleaned and ready for immediate move-in. Additional charges may apply for utility costs resulting from excessive gas or electricity usage. Please ensure that heating and cooling appliances are turned off or set to energy-saving modes when you leave the unit. Amenities Provided 1. Bedding is set up exactly as shown in the photos. A full set is provided, including pillows, duvets, mattress pads, and mattress covers (all items are less than one year old). You will be charged for any stains that cannot be removed by washing (e.g., kimchi broth, bloodstains, etc.). 2. Personal hygiene items and disposables, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and towels, are not provided. 3. Laundry detergents, kitchen supplies, cleaning agents, standard trash bags, food waste bags, and toilet paper are provided. 4. Basic cooking utensils (pots, frying pans, tableware, etc.), a drying rack, and a hair dryer are available. Additionally, there are several self-service laundromats nearby.
- Excessive use of included amenities may result in a request for additional management fees. - All utility costs are included in the management fee. The rate is based on single occupancy. The maximum capacity is two people, and an additional management fee of 20,000 KRW per week applies for each additional person.
