This is a new apartment that was completed in December 2023. This is a ☆women-only☆ share house where you will use only one room in the entire house. ❣️Instant rice, cup noodles, snacks, refreshments, and internet are provided. ❣️The owner lives with you (the owner has a separate room, and I won't bother you except for hygiene and safety issues. My life is busy 🥹). ❣️The bathroom, kitchen, and hallway are cleaned by an outsourced service. ❣️One person per room (private room), fully furnished with a refrigerator, air conditioner, etc.

1. This room is located in the living room. 2. Although it is a non-face-to-face check-in, the password is changed periodically. The owner also visits regularly. 3. For the use of common facilities, please request an occupancy manual after signing the contract. 4. There is a CCTV in the hallway for theft prevention, but not inside the room. 5. Pets are not allowed in this room.
❗Office workers can move in. Men only are not allowed. ❗There is a 3-strike-out rule for catching inconsiderate people. (This is to organize unreasonable people, and it is processed after reviewing the CCTV evidence.) It is considered that you agreed when you moved in.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. Internet fee is included. However, if you use too much electricity, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee. The cleaning fee is charged only once at the beginning, and if there is no problem with the facility, no additional charges will be made.
