This is a new apartment that was occupied in December 2023. This is a ☆women-only☆ share house where you will use only one room in the entire house. 💖 Instant rice, cup noodles, snacks, refreshments, and internet are provided. 💖 You will live with the owner (the owner has a separate room, and I won't bother you except for hygiene and safety issues. My life is busy 😇). 💖 Bathroom and kitchen cleaning service 💖 One person per room (private room), fully furnished from refrigerator to air conditioner.

1. This room is opposite the entrance (next to the kitchen). It shares a bathroom with Room 4. 2. Check-in is contactless, but the password is changed periodically. The owner also visits regularly. 3. A move-in manual is provided for using common facilities, which you can check after signing the contract. 4. There is a CCTV in the hallway for theft prevention; there are none inside the rooms. 5. Pets are not allowed in this room.
❗️Office workers are welcome to move in. Only men are not allowed. ❗️Dogs or cats may be living in the two rooms at the end of the hallway. The space is separated by a partition wall and each room has a separate safety door, so you will rarely encounter them, but we will provide separate guidance upon move-in. ❗️There is a three-strikes-and-you're-out rule for people who violate the rules. If you cannot agree to this, you cannot move in.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. Internet fee is included. However, if you use too much electricity, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee. The cleaning fee is charged only once at the beginning, and if there is no problem with the facility, no additional charges will be made.
I needed a place to stay for a short period of two weeks due to my internship in Incheon!
