This is a new apartment that was occupied in December 2023. This is a ☆women-only☆ share house where you will use only one room in the entire house. 💖 Instant rice, cup noodles, snacks, refreshments, and internet are provided. 💖 You will live with the owner (the owner has a separate room, and I won't bother you except for hygiene and safety issues. My life is busy 😇). 💖 Bathroom and kitchen cleaning service 💖 One person per room (private room), fully furnished from refrigerator to air conditioner.

1. This is the last room at the end of the hallway. It shares a bathroom with Room 2. 2. There is an additional personal storage unit in the hallway, recommended for those with a lot of clothes/belongings. 3. Check-in is contactless, but the passcode is changed periodically. The owner visits regularly. 4. For instructions on using common facilities, please request the move-in manual after signing the contract. 5. Hallway CCTV: For theft prevention, no cameras inside the rooms. 6. Pets are not allowed in common areas. A safety gate is provided (installation is mandatory).
❗️Office workers are welcome to move in. Only men are not allowed. ❗️If you plan to stay long-term with a pet, please inform us in advance so we can confirm availability. A special cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be added. ❗️When bringing dogs or cats into common areas, they must be held in your arms or in a carrier. Pets are not allowed in common areas without their owner present. This is a shared house, not a private space, and most tenants do not have pets, so we cannot guarantee what might happen. If you cannot agree to these terms, you will not be allowed to move in. ❗️The landlord is not responsible for any safety accidents or property damage caused by the pet owner's negligence, and the owner is responsible for any resulting damages. Please note that in case of damage to internal facilities, we will review CCTV footage and compare it with the facility status video recorded before move-in to charge for repairs separately. ❗️A three-strike-out rule is in effect for guests who violate house rules. If you cannot agree to this, you will not be allowed to move in.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. Internet fee is included. However, if you use too much electricity, additional management fees may be requested. The cleaning fee is charged once and will not be charged additionally if there is no problem with the facility.
