This is a beautiful, clean, separate studio apartment (double bed) on the 2nd floor. It is fully equipped, including a dryer. It is a transportation hub, 5 minutes by car from Hanok Village, 7 minutes walk from City Hall, and a bus stop is located 1 minute from the road in front of the house. I personally clean and manage it, so it is a really clean and well-maintained studio apartment building. Parking is convenient with 8 spaces inside the building and a public, free parking lot outside the building.
It is a 5-minute drive and a 10-minute walk from Hanok Village, and a 5-minute walk from Homeplus. It is a transportation hub with a bus stop right in front of the accommodation.
Move-in will be conducted non-face-to-face.
The city hall is a 7-minute walk away.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
This was my first time staying in a short-term rental, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the overall experience. Since the price was quite affordable, I didn't have high expectations when booking, but the actual stay exceeded my expectations. What I liked most was the location. The distance from the accommodation to the Guesthouse (Gaeksa) area was only about 1 to 2 km, making it easy to get around even without a car. It was pleasant to walk when the weather was nice, and when I was in a hurry, taking a taxi cost only the base fare, making transportation extremely convenient. This excellent accessibility made planning my itinerary easy and helped me save both time and money. The condition of the interior was also very satisfactory. I was concerned that maintenance might be lacking since it was a short-term rental, but the place was neatly organized and kept very clean. The bedding was fresh, and I could use the bathroom and kitchen facilities without any issues. Basic daily necessities were well-stocked, so there was hardly anything I needed to bring along, allowing me to stay in comfort. Above all, considering the location and the condition of the property, I felt the price was truly reasonable. I believe it offers excellent value for money. I was highly satisfied with my stay overall, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit the area in the future. It is a place I would highly recommend to others.
