This is a beautiful, clean, separate studio apartment (with a queen-size bed) on the 4th floor. It is fully furnished, including a dryer. It is a transportation hub, located 5 minutes by car from Hanok Village, a 7-minute walk from City Hall, and a 1-minute walk from a bus stop right in front of the building. I personally clean and manage it, so it's a really clean and well-maintained studio apartment building. With CCTV installed, women can use it with peace of mind. Parking is convenient with 8 spaces inside the building and a free public parking lot outside the building.
There is a bus stop within a 1-minute walk from the house.
Move-in will be contactless.
The daily maintenance fee is 5,000 won.
