This is a beautiful, clean, separate studio apartment (double bed) on the 2nd floor. It is fully equipped, including a dryer. It is a transportation hub, 5 minutes by car from Hanok Village, 7 minutes walk from City Hall, and a bus stop is located 1 minute from the road in front of the house. I personally clean and manage it, so it is a really clean and well-maintained studio apartment building. Parking is convenient with 8 spaces inside the building and a public, free parking lot outside the building.
Located 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot from Hanok Village. It is a transportation hub with the city hall 7 minutes on foot and a bus stop 1 minute on foot.
Move-in will be conducted non-face-to-face.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
I stayed for about a week and was really satisfied overall. Above all, I could tell the place was meticulously maintained, and it smelled wonderful the moment I walked in. The room layout was neat and the space was utilized so well that it felt much larger than its actual size. Most essentials—like towels and laundry detergent—were provided, so I only really needed to bring personal items like a toothbrush and toothpaste. It was very convenient. The bus stop was nearby, making it easy to get around, and the water pressure was excellent. Best of all, the host was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring I had a comfortable stay!! If I had to point out a few downsides: there weren't many amenities within walking distance, so getting around on foot was a bit inconvenient, and I could occasionally hear noise from the neighborhood. Also, the TV was a bit too far away to watch comfortably from the bed. However, none of these issues caused any major inconvenience. I had a comfortable week-long stay and was very pleased with the clean, well-maintained accommodation!!! I’d love to stay here again if I visit Jeonju.

I stayed here for about five weeks while on a business trip to Jeonju! It’s close to Hanok Village, so transportation is very convenient, and above all, the building is spotless and well-maintained. As a woman traveling alone, I was initially worried, but the building has a great CCTV system, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The place is fully equipped—you could practically show up with just your personal belongings—so I had a very comfortable stay. The hosts are incredibly kind, too! I’d love to stay here again for my next business trip.
