This is a beautiful, clean, separate studio apartment (double bed) on the 2nd floor. It is fully equipped, including a dryer. It is a transportation hub, 5 minutes by car from Hanok Village, 7 minutes walk from City Hall, and a bus stop is located 1 minute from the road in front of the house. I personally clean and manage it, so it is a really clean and well-maintained studio apartment building. Parking is convenient with 8 spaces inside the building and a public, free parking lot outside the building.
Located 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot from Hanok Village. It is a transportation hub with the city hall 7 minutes on foot and a bus stop 1 minute on foot.
Move-in will be conducted non-face-to-face.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
It was clean and nice.
^^ I had a great stay. It was listed as the second floor when I first booked, so it was a bit of a shame that it turned out to be the first floor... but aside from that, it was good.
Thanks to the very clean and comfortable house, I made a lot of good memories in Jeonju!
