- You can register your move-in (if you stay for more than 2 months). - CHA Hospital, the intercity bus terminal, and Yatap Station are right in front of the building, which is located in a commercial district. - NC Department Store is a 3-minute walk away, and there are many restaurants and convenience facilities nearby. - The furniture layout and interior design of the room may differ slightly from the photos. - Please be advised that you will be charged the actual cost for any damage to furniture or fixtures. - Please be mindful of loud noises and inter-floor noise that may disturb others. - Recyclable waste can always be disposed of in the space next to the entrance of the underground parking lot on the 1st floor. - Please put general waste and food waste in appropriate bags and dispose of them in the collection area next to the underground parking lot on the 1st floor. - Rocket Delivery and Rocket Fresh are available in this area.
All utility bills are included. Additional charges may apply for excessive electricity and gas usage.
