- As this is a university town, all amenities such as convenience stores and restaurants are within a 3-minute walk. - The furniture layout and interior of the room may differ slightly from the photos. - Please be advised that the actual cost of purchasing any damaged fixtures or equipment will be charged. - Please be mindful of loud noises and inter-floor noise that may disturb others. - Recyclable waste can always be disposed of in the space behind the pilotis on the 1st floor. - Please dispose of general waste and food waste in appropriate bags at the designated collection point in front of the building.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. Excessive use of electricity and gas may incur additional costs.
