It seems suitable for a short-term solo stay. The landlord responds quickly to and resolves requests. However, the house is located on a steep hill, so walking up from Seongbok Station in the middle of summer is quite difficult.
I stayed here for three weeks due to interior renovation work. I had a very comfortable stay.
