It has been remodeled, so you'll find it clean and tidy. ^^ It's suitable for one or two people, and families with children might also find it acceptable if they are willing to tolerate some minor inconveniences.
It's a 5-minute drive from Wonju IC and it's a suburban apartment. There's a bus stop in front of the apartment, so public transportation is convenient. The bus depot is nearby, so all buses pass through here~^^
Move-in is contactless. We will contact you via text or phone once the contract is signed. Dogs are allowed, but large dogs or dogs that shed a lot are not permitted. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing a pet. We apologize, but cats are not allowed. ㅠㅠ
It's easily accessible from anywhere in Wonju.^^ The expressway is near the apartment, so you can get to Hoengseong and Innovation City in 10 minutes. You can get to Chiaksan Mountain and Ganhyeon Suspension Bridge in 20 minutes~^^ Hoengseong is 10 minutes away.
The gas is LPG, so excessive use may result in high charges. Gas fees will be settled and charged upon check-out.

It's so cozy and comfortable. ^^ In winter, the gas bill is a bit high, but the host pays half, so it's okay. It's comfortable, cozy, and warm. It's great for staying home, cooking delicious food, and relaxing while watching Netflix.
The room was clean, and they kindly and promptly took care of any requests I had.
