Although it is an older low-rise apartment building, it has undergone significant remodeling; while not perfect, it features a clean, all-white aesthetic, and you can stay comfortably without worrying about noise from neighbors above or below. I have never heard noise from the floor above. The sleeping arrangements consist of one super-single bed and one single bed. The layout includes a combined living room and kitchen, plus two bedrooms. With an actual floor area of about 15 pyeong (approx. 50 sqm), the space feels larger than it looks in photos thanks to the expanded kitchen balcony. Regarding public transportation, a 7-minute walk brings you to frequent buses heading downtown. The location is near the Wonju Interchange and just 15 minutes from Hoengseong; additionally, the nearby expressway allows for easy access to Chiaksan Mountain and the Innovation City.
Check-in is contactless. We will send you an information message once the booking is confirmed. Bedding and toiletries are not provided (please message us if you would like to rent them). Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Only house-trained dogs that do not mark territory indoors are allowed. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please strictly follow waste separation guidelines; violations may be recorded on CCTV.
The access road to the accommodation is narrow. If you are a novice driver, please take note of this and consider your booking carefully. The accommodation is situated on a hill, so the approach involves an incline. When entering the narrow alley, please drive slowly and check the convex mirror for oncoming traffic. Amenities are available within a 10-minute walk. These include a convenience store, fried chicken shop, Chinese restaurant, pharmacy, Korean medicine clinic, barbershop, café, supermarket, and laundry service. There are many restaurants catering to drivers near the Wonju Interchange, making it a great spot for breakfast. If you navigate to 97 Daehwaji-gil, Socho-myeon, Wonju-si, Gangwon-do, you will find a beautiful riverside path along the Daehwaji Stream that is perfect for a walk. I also recommend visiting the nearby National Gangwon Specialized Science Museum.

I had a wonderful, relaxing stay.
There were many dishes and tools that could be used indoors, and it was pleasant, so I was very comfortable during my stay.
