It's an older apartment, but it's well-maintained. The interior has been remodeled, so it's clean. Since it's a studio apartment, it's much larger and more open than a house studio, so it doesn't feel stuffy. The veranda window is large, so the sun shines in well in the afternoon. It's much more spacious in person than in the photos. 😆
It is 5 minutes away from Wonju IC, and there is a motorway nearby, so you can reach Innovation City in 15 minutes and Hoengseong in 10 minutes. There is a bus depot nearby, so all buses pass in front of the accommodation, making it convenient to use public transportation.
Once the contract is confirmed, we will provide you with the exact location of the accommodation and parking information. Dogs are allowed, but if your dog barks excessively or if complaints arise from leaving your dog alone at the accommodation, we may request you to leave. Cats are not allowed.
Buses from the nearby bus depot pass in front of the apartment, making it convenient for public transportation. It's near Wonju IC, so it's a good location for using Welli Hilli Ski Resort.
Utilities, excluding gas (LPG), are included in the management fee. However, additional charges may apply for excessive use, so please be mindful and conserve resources as if it were your own home. Gas will be billed upon check-out after meter reading.
The place is neat and tidy, and the host is very kind. I stayed here for a month with my kids and dog while my home was being renovated, and we had a comfortable, trouble-free stay. Wishing you continued health and happiness. Thank you! ❤️
