This is a spacious and comfortable room, 9 pyeong (approximately 30 square meters). It features a large king-size bed with a plush double mattress, clean cotton bedding, and pillows for a good night's sleep. The room also has a large TV and refrigerator, making it suitable for comfortable long-term stays. The building, designed by a renowned architect, is an exposed concrete structure, and the entire building, including the stairwells and hallways, serves as a gallery showcasing the wonderful works of the artist host. The thick walls provide perfect soundproofing.
Sindun Smart IC is located about 1km from the accommodation in the direction of Seoul (Jungbu Expressway), so you can reach Gangnam in 40 minutes. When coming from Seoul, take the Seoicheon IC, and if you are coming from the lower region, pass through the Icheon Rice Rest Area and enter the Sindun Hi-pass. You can search for 'Gallery Sso' on your navigation. It is close if you take a bus from Sindun Doyechon Station on the Gyeonggang Line. You can also take a bus from Icheon Bus Terminal and Icheon Station.
Check-in is contactless. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a message with the passcode and house rules. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Cooking foods that splatter oil or leave odors, such as pork belly or grilled fish, is prohibited. Simple cooking is permitted. The rate is based on two people. An additional fee will be charged for extra guests. Please notify the host in advance, and the additional fee will be transferred to the host's account before check-in. Located within Icheon Ceramic Art Village (Yespark), there are many workshops where not only potters but also painters, sculptors, and glass artists build beautiful buildings and work. You can appreciate the artists' works and experience various art forms. For your information, you can also take a one-day class (acrylic painting, watercolor experience) with the host, a Western painter, at the gallery on the first floor of the accommodation. (Reservation required) The entire village has wonderful buildings and beautiful walking paths, and on weekends, a mini-tour train operates within the village. There is a park right next to our accommodation with exercise equipment installed, which can be used anytime, day or night. Lotte Outlet, Asia's largest clothing outlet, is nearby (about 10 minutes by car), so you can enjoy shopping. Every spring, the Icheon Ceramic Festival is held in our village. Yespark (Icheon Ceramic Art Village) is a quiet and beautiful village perfect for walking.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if you use more than the average amount, you may be charged. When you go out, please unplug all outlets except for the refrigerator and turn off the lights. Please be careful not to leave the door open and run the air conditioner or boiler.
