- This is a beautiful room with a glass window and a terrace. It is an 8-pyeong studio-type accommodation with a sliding door between the living room and the entrance. The living room (kitchen) is equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine, refrigerator, air conditioner, and kitchen utensils. There are also blinds, blackout curtains, and mosquito nets. This is an artist's building with a wonderful exposed concrete design, built by a famous architect. The entire building, including the hallways and stairwells, is like an art museum where you can appreciate the artist's work.
Located in Yes Park (Icheon Ceramic Art Village), Sindun Smart IC (Jungbu Expressway towards Seoul) is 1km from the accommodation, so you can reach Seoul in 40 minutes. You can search for 'Gallery Sso' on your navigation system. The accommodation has a spacious parking lot. Buses also operate from the Gyeonggang Line (Sindun Doyechon Station). You can take a bus from Icheon Station and Icheon Terminal. During the Ceramic Festival, shuttle buses operate regularly.
Check-in is contactless. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a text message with the passcode and usage guidelines. Foods that splatter oil or leave odors, such as pork belly and fish, are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside (but allowed on the terrace or outside). Pets are not allowed. The standard occupancy is 2 people. An additional fee will be charged for each additional person. Please inform us in advance before check-in and deposit the fee into the host's account (bedding will be provided). Moving furniture such as the dining table, bed, and vanity is not allowed to prevent damage to the floor.
The accommodation is located in an artists' village, a quiet and beautiful village where over 260 artists, including ceramic artists, painters, sculptors, glass artists, woodworkers, and leather craftsmen, have built beautiful buildings and are working. You can appreciate various works of art and also experience pottery, glass crafts, painting, and more. For your information, the gallery on the first floor of the accommodation offers one-day classes (acrylic painting, watercolor painting) and painting experiences with a famous Western painter (you must book in advance with the host). The village has beautifully landscaped walking paths, and the accommodation is right next to a park with exercise equipment that you can use anytime. The Lotte Outlet, Asia's largest clothing shopping outlet, is nearby, so it's a great place to go shopping.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if electricity and gas (heating) are used excessively beyond the average cost, you may be charged. When you go out, please unplug the air conditioner, TV, and all other appliances, and turn off the lights. Please do not operate the air conditioner or boiler with doors or windows open.
