It’s a great spot to read while listening to your own music on the high-quality Bluetooth speaker. You can use the fitness center on the same floor (it's modest in size). It's a 7-minute walk (500m) to Dasan Station; 23 minutes to Jamsil (no transfers) and 37 minutes to Gangnam Station. The building houses a convenience store, a popular side-dish shop, and a lamb skewer restaurant. Facilities like a Korean sauna (jjimjilbang) and Hyundai Premium Outlet are also easily accessible.

I use this method for my own belongings when traveling for work. It allows me to travel light, and the shipping fees are affordable, too.
The maintenance fee includes all utilities, internet, and parking charges.

The host was very attentive, so I was able to spend a comfortable and cozy time while the house was being renovated! Dasan-dong waterfront view restaurant ~! I highly recommend it~ A family of 4 rested comfortably~!
