Reach the platform at Hanam City Hall Station (Line 5) within 5 minutes / 39 minutes to Samseong Station (Gangnam) / 10 minutes to Starfield Hanam (via local bus, etc.) Since it is a residential area, finding a first-come, first-served parking spot depends on your own resourcefulness—I managed to find open spots myself during the month my room was being renovated. * You can also consider using the parking building located 100 meters away (monthly rate: 140,000 KRW).
□ Contactless process □ This is a short-term rental, not a commercial lodging establishment. Providing items like bedding and toiletries is against regulations. Please contact me separately if you have trouble bringing your own bedding (e.g., due to an overseas business trip). Tip: You can find bedding sets on Coupang with early-morning delivery for around 20,000 KRW, or use Kakao's courier pickup service to have items collected from your doorstep and delivered to 'Mocha House' by the next day. This is the method I use for my own belongings when traveling for work.
