Please note that this is a commercial area, so it can be susceptible to noise. Based on my experience during the one-month renovation period, it is actually quite quiet during the day. There is some noise between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM, but keeping the TV on makes it much more manageable than you might expect. Additionally, one of the rooms in the unit is soundproofed.

This is a rental property, not a lodging facility. *Toiletries, bedding, and similar items are not provided. Tip: This area is eligible for Coupang’s Dawn Delivery and Rocket Delivery. You can find bedding sets on Coupang starting from around 10,000 KRW, or use Kakao to book a courier service for pickup right at your front door. Delivery to "Mokaheim" is completed the very next day. This is how I handle my belongings when traveling for business. I travel light, bringing only myself. The shipping costs are quite affordable, too.
