It is a townhouse with 3 attached houses, and it is safe because there is a police station nearby. The cleaning fee is for basic cleaning upon check-in and check-out. Special cleaning due to stains or contamination on sofas and bed linens will be charged according to the company's fees. The laundry fee for bedding is 10,000 KRW per bed, which is separate.
The management fee is set at 10,000 won per day, including electricity, gas, water, and internet. If the usage exceeds 20,000 won per week, calculated by check-in and check-out, additional charges will apply. Bedding cleaning fees are 10,000 won per item, separate from the basic cleaning fee. For small dogs, an additional special cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged. For damages such as contamination from urine and feces, or bite marks, charges will be based on the cost quoted by a professional company. Please be sure to clean up after your dog if they relieve themselves outdoors.
It would have been better if the air conditioner filter wasn't facing the ceiling. Bugs were getting in through the window screen, too... but otherwise, it was fine.
