This is a peaceful, restorative home nestled in the woods of Cheongsu-ri, an area known for its fresh air. It is conveniently located near Hyeopjae, Geumneung, and Moseulpo, providing easy access to local amenities, dining, and attractions. The first floor features a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and utility room, while the second floor houses two bedrooms and a bathroom. The spacious first bedroom is furnished with one standard queen bed and one low-profile queen bed. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, and all bedrooms are equipped with built-in closets.
A 45–50 minute drive from Jeju Airport. 10 minutes from O'sulloc; 15 minutes from Hyeopjae and Geumneung Beaches and Moseulpo.
Check-in is contactless. Indoor smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is prohibited. Supplies for infants and toddlers are available as an option. The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning; however, additional charges for specialized cleaning due to stains or soiling on sofas, beds, or bedding will be billed based on the rates set by the cleaning service provider.
Located in a quiet mid-mountain village surrounded by forest, this property is just a 10-minute drive from various attractions—including Jeoji Oreum, O'sulloc, Chagwido, Raon CC, Hyeopjae Beach, Panpo Port, the English Education City, and Moseulpo—making it an ideal spot to enjoy both mountain and marine leisure activities. Large supermarkets are nearby, and the surrounding area is packed with dining spots and travel destinations across western Jeju, ranging from trendy new restaurants to authentic local favorites. With excellent schools like Jeocheong Elementary and the English Education City nearby, we also recommend a "one-month stay" to experience the area and consider educational options for your children before they start school. Bumper beds are available for rent (30,000 KRW) for guests with infants or toddlers; additional rental items such as baby bathtubs, bottle sterilizers, formula kettles, high chairs, and foldable booster seats are also available. As this is a newly built property, you can enjoy pleasant, comfortable facilities, while the lush green forest of Cheongsu-ri offers a healing atmosphere filled with the sound of birdsong throughout the day.
The utility fee (covering electricity, gas, water, and internet) is set at 10,000 KRW per day; however, usage is measured upon check-in and check-out, and additional charges apply if consumption exceeds 20,000 KRW per week. If facilities such as beds or sofas are soiled to the extent that standard cleaning is insufficient, the actual cost charged by a professional cleaning service will be billed to you. The standard cleaning fee covers basic cleaning upon check-in; if you require detailed cleaning (such as window frames), please let us know, and we will provide a quote from a service provider. Bedding rental and laundry services are charged separately at 10,000 KRW per bed.
