You will have exclusive use of the ground floor, which features two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a utility room. The space is perfectly suited for families with young children. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a queen-size bed, while Bedroom 2 features a low-profile king-size bed.

Check-in is contactless. Indoor smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is prohibited. The standard occupancy is 4 people; baby and toddler supplies are provided. The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning; additional professional cleaning charges may apply if there are severe stains upon check-out.

As this is a newly built property, you can enjoy pleasant, comfortable facilities, while the lush green forest of Cheongsu-ri offers a healing atmosphere filled with the sounds of birdsong throughout the day. Bumper beds are available for rent for infants and toddlers. Additional options include baby bathtubs, bottle sterilizers, formula kettles, high chairs, and foldable baby dining chairs.
The utility fee is set at 10,000 KRW per day, covering electricity, gas, water, and internet; usage is measured upon check-in and check-out, and additional charges apply if consumption exceeds 20,000 KRW per week. If facilities such as beds or sofas are soiled to the extent that standard cleaning is insufficient, the actual cost charged by a professional cleaning service will be billed. The cleaning fee covers basic cleaning upon check-in; please contact us if you require detailed cleaning services (such as window frames), and we will provide pricing information from our service providers. Bedding rental and laundry fees are charged separately at 10,000 KRW per bed.
