**Because of the room's condition, I couldn't even spend a single night there; I checked out immediately, and the 800,000 won I paid for four weeks of rent went straight down the drain (the landlord told me no refund was possible). I moved my things out the very next day.** From day one, bugs were crawling on the floor. When I lay down to sleep at night, a massive spider crawled right next to me on the bed; I was so shocked that I immediately left and stayed at a nearby motel instead. Check-in was at 4:00 PM, but I saw the host start cleaning the room from outside at 3:30 PM, and they only gave me the entry code after I called them at 4:07 PM. Naturally, since they finished cleaning in just 30 minutes, the place wasn't cleaned properly at all—I had to wipe up water spills on the floor myself. There were also swarms of bugs inside the boiler box by the entrance. I can understand bugs getting in from outside since it's a ground-floor unit, but it makes no sense to have so many bugs inside from the very first day due to a total lack of pest control and maintenance. Guests were allowed to dump food waste and regular trash on the terrace right in front of the unit; I had to swat away about 30 flies just to get inside, and the stench of garbage near the place was absolutely overpowering. I honestly have no idea what the landlord is thinking, managing the property this way.
Please clean up the cobwebs in the house.
A stay with good value for money.
