It seems like the landlord doesn't manage the place at all. When I actually checked in, they didn't answer my calls and there was no manager. It's not a space for barbecuing as described, and it's noisy. As shown in the pictures, there was no bedding, which I knew about after signing the contract and brought my own. I wonder if they should at least provide bedding, haha. It's so cold, I think it would be hot in the summer. The kitchen also looks old. The wallpaper and other parts were generally very dirty, and while I was sleeping, someone pressed the door lock button;;;;; They made an excuse that didn't even sound like an excuse, and it was a bit scary ㅠ haha. Other than the fact that there are many good restaurants nearby, everything else is a drawback...
