The route to the building is on safe, flat ground, without any hills, narrow alleys, or motel districts. The 4th and 5th floors are residential rooms, and CCTV is installed inside and outside the building. There's an elevator and parking for convenience. You can dispose of trash regardless of the day, and the interior has a separate kitchen with its own window for good ventilation. The boiler works very well, making the room very warm. The interior, including wallpaper, flooring, and bathroom, has been completely remodeled and is clean as it's the first occupancy. We paid special attention to the bed, which features a premium mattress and a large size suitable for both queen and king beds, allowing two people to sleep comfortably. You can store your belongings in the closet, and the separate room is more spacious than a typical studio apartment, making it very convenient. * Soundproofing installed at the entrance. * Carpet removed, air conditioner cleaned + dehumidifier installed.

It was clean and the heating was warm, so I had a great stay. It was really nice that amenities such as a coin laundry, restaurants, and subway stations were close by!!
