Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation text message. *Check-in is at 3:00 PM; check-out is at 11:00 AM. *Resident registration is not permitted. *The use of fire hazards, such as candles, is prohibited. *If smoking occurs indoors, a minimum cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be deducted from the security deposit. *As this is a short-term rental, personal bedding, towels, and toiletries are not provided. Inside, the kitchen is separated from the living area and features its own window, ensuring excellent ventilation. The heating system is highly efficient, keeping the room very warm. The interior has been fully renovated—including wallpaper, flooring, and the bathroom—ensuring a clean and fresh environment. The unit features a twin-bed setup suitable for two people, equipped with premium mattresses designed for spinal comfort. The beds include built-in drawers for convenient storage. A projector is also provided, allowing you to enjoy a cinema-like viewing experience in comfort.
All usage fees are included, but additional charges may apply for excessive use.
