Check-in is contactless. Your reservation will be confirmed after you receive a confirmation text. *Check-in is at 3 PM / Check-out is at 11 AM. *Moving-in registration is not allowed. *The use of flammable items such as candles is prohibited. *If you smoke indoors, a cleaning fee of at least 100,000 KRW will be deducted from your deposit. *As this is a short-term rental, personal bedding, towels, and toiletries are not provided. (Please bring your own.)
Located in Dongam Station's main food alley, everything you need is nearby. It's a 5-minute walk from Dongam Station, making it very convenient for those commuting to Seoul. Using the express train, it takes 30-40 minutes to reach places like Sindorim and Yongsan. Incheon Airport is also 40 minutes by taxi or 70 minutes by bus. The route here is safe and flat, with no hills, narrow alleys, or motel districts. The 4th and 5th floors are rooms, and CCTV is installed inside and outside the building. There's an elevator and parking for convenience. You can dispose of trash regardless of the day, and the interior has a separate kitchen with its own window for good ventilation. The boiler works very well, so the room is very warm. The interior, including wallpaper, flooring, and bathroom, has been completely remodeled and is clean. It's fully set up with a large desk, two chairs, a queen bed, and lighting for your convenience.
All usage fees are included, but you may be charged extra for excessive use.
The accommodation was in great condition and the service was friendly, so I had a pleasant stay during my business trip.

It was comfortable and clean, and all local amenities are nearby. Although there are restaurants and karaoke bars on the street, there is no street noise. However, there are occasional sounds from within the building, so I recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
