Hello 🧏♂️ This is Stay33, a clean and comfortable house exclusively for short-term rentals.🏡 (Remodeling completed in December 2023) This room is for one person. (A double room is also available) It is equipped with a Euro-top mattress and hotel-style goose down comforter, which are good for a good night's sleep. It is equipped with daily necessities such as a TV, refrigerator, washing machine, and induction cooktop. The bathroom has also been remodeled and is clean.
👉 You can reach Suwon Station, Hwaseo Station, and the recently opened Suwon Starfield within about 15 minutes on foot or by bus. 👉 If you are using a car, you can park in the nearby agreed-upon parking lot. Parking is free, but a parking ticket deposit of 50,000 won is required. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out when you return the parking ticket.
👉 Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. (Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged separately.) 👉 We will inform you of the rules to follow after check-in on the day of your arrival. 👉 For the convenience of all guests, pets and smoking are not allowed. Please note that a separate fee (300,000 KRW) will be charged for violations.
👉 Haenggung-dong and Jangan Park are within walking distance, making them great for walks and sightseeing. 👉 A large supermarket (Jinro Mart), convenience stores, self-service laundromats, and public baths are nearby, making it convenient for daily life. 👉 There is a restaurant alley with many great restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. (Bukmun Yuchihwaegwan - Haejangguk, Udong - Samgyeopsal, Cheongha Lamb Skewers - Lamb Skewers, Bukhoewon - Chinese Restaurant, Badarogan Kkokkiri Kkochang - Takeout-only Sashimi Restaurant) I will continue to update this list as I explore.
- The management fee includes all costs for electricity, gas, water, and internet. - No additional management fees will be charged as long as you refrain from excessive use.
It's incredibly clean, and you can just show up with nothing but yourself.
