Hello 🙋♂️ Stay33 is a clean and comfortable house exclusively for short-term rentals 🏡. (Remodeling completed in December 2023) This room is for two people. (A room for one person is also available) It is equipped with a Euro-top mattress for a good night's sleep and a hotel-style goose down comforter. It is equipped with items necessary for daily life such as a TV, refrigerator, washing machine, and induction cooktop. The bathroom has also been cleanly remodeled.
👉 You can reach Suwon Station, Hwaseo Station, and the recently opened Suwon Starfield within about 15 minutes on foot or by bus. 👉 If you are using a car, you can park in the nearby agreed-upon parking lot. Parking is free, but a parking ticket deposit of 50,000 won is required. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out when you return the parking ticket.
👉 Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. (Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged separately.) 👉 For the convenience of all guests, pets and smoking are not allowed. Violations will incur a separate fee (300,000 KRW), so please adhere to these rules. 👉 Detailed check-in instructions will be provided on the morning of your check-in day.
👉 Haenggung-dong and Jangan Park are within walking distance, making them great for walks and sightseeing. 👉 A large supermarket (Jinro Mart), convenience stores, self-service laundromats, and public baths are nearby, making it convenient for daily life. 👉 There is a restaurant alley with many great restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. (Bukmun Yuchihwaegwan - Haejangguk, Udong - Samgyeopsal, Cheongha Lamb Skewers - Lamb Skewers, Bukhoewon - Chinese Restaurant, Badarogan Kkokkiri Kkochang - Takeout-only Sashimi Restaurant) I will continue to update this list as I explore.
Management fees are not charged separately. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.

We were foreigners and didn't know many things, but we were very grateful that you taught us so much, and we were able to have a very happy trip. It was so comfortable that we could call it home. It was clean, the bed was soft, and the curtains were thick, so when we closed them, they blocked out all the sunlight, which made it comfortable to sleep. The water also warmed up right away, and the TV worked well. Oh, the smart TV remote only recognized when you pressed it hard. If I had to find a downside, that would be it.
