Hello! ๐งโโ๏ธ Welcome to Stay33, a clean and comfortable house dedicated to short-term rentals. ๐ก (Renovated in December 2023) This is a room for two. (Single rooms are also available.) It features a Euro-top mattress for a great night's sleep and hotel-style goose-down bedding. Essential amenities such as a TV, refrigerator, washing machine, and induction cooktop are provided. The bathroom has also been neatly renovated.
๐ You can reach Suwon Station, Hwaseo Station, and the newly opened Starfield Suwon within about 15 minutes by walking or taking the bus. ๐ If you are driving, parking is available at a nearby designated lot. Parking is free, though a 50,000 KRW deposit is required for the parking pass. The deposit will be refunded when you return the pass upon checkout.
๐ Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. (Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged upon request.) ๐ To ensure the comfort of all guests, pets and smoking are not permitted. Please note that a fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged for any violations. ๐ Detailed check-in instructions will be provided on the morning of your arrival.
๐ Haenggung-dong and Jangan Park are within walking distance, making them great spots for a stroll or sightseeing. ๐ Convenient amenities are nearby, including a large supermarket (Jinro Mart), convenience stores, a self-service laundromat, and a public bathhouse. ๐ There is a restaurant district with many popular eateries just a 5โ10 minute walk away. (Bukmun Yuchi Hoegwan โ Haejangguk/hangover soup; Udon โ Samgyeopsal/pork belly; Cheongha Lamb Skewers โ Lamb skewers; Bukhoewon โ Chinese restaurant; Badaro Gan Kkokkiri Kkochang โ Takeout-specialty sashimi place) Iโll keep exploring the area and updating this list.
There is no separate charge for management fees. However, additional fees may be requested in the event of excessive usage of included items.
I had a wonderful stay; the accommodation was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere!
I'm still using it. It seems like a good value for a short-term rental. I'll leave another review later.
