It’s a place with a stunning view, located right in front of the Dallae River. It’s a comfortable, unpretentious space where you can feel right at home. We welcome business trips, solo travel, and extended stays (like a month-long visit). The rate is based on two guests; please let us know in advance if there are additional guests, as extra charges will apply. Please bring your own toilet paper, towels, and personal toiletries. The apartment complex features a small market, an outdoor barbecue area, and fitness facilities, as well as a café, a pool hall, and a karaoke room. There is also a walking trail that runs along the Dallae River.

Check-in is contactless; we will send you an information message once the booking is confirmed. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and pets are not allowed. Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation themselves. Please refer to the provided checklist to perform a safety check and complete the cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, and waste disposal (including sorting recyclables). Before checking out, please take and send a photo of the interior showing that cleaning and laundry have been completed.
There is a trendy park golf course near the apartment. You can also find restaurants famous for acorn jelly and potato dough soup (ongsimi) just five minutes away. There are spots like Chungju Apple Hangwa—where you can pick apples in October—as well as a cozy, home-like café and a place for horseback riding, and there are plenty of other tourist attractions a little further out.
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may apply if the included utilities are used excessively.
