Check-in is contactless; we will send you an information message once the booking is confirmed. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and pets are not allowed. Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation themselves. Please refer to the provided checklist to perform safety checks and complete the cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, and waste disposal (including sorting recyclables). Before checking out, please take and send a photo of the interior showing that cleaning and laundry have been completed.
A 20-minute drive south allows you to experience the Silla era at places like Hwangnidan-gil, Cheomseongdae, and Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond, while a 20-minute drive east lets you enjoy Pohang’s Yeongildae and delicious *mulhoe* (cold raw fish soup).
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may apply if the included utilities are used excessively.
It was a satisfying trip.
The surrounding infrastructure is limited to convenience stores and neighborhood marts, but it is convenient to use public transportation as it is the terminal for buses going to Pohang city, Angang-eup, and Gyeongju city. There was plenty of parking space, so I was always able to park in front of the building entrance. Since it is an apartment with low ceilings, the stairs up to the 5th floor are not that high. The living room/bedroom was spacious and there was plenty of drying racks, so it was good for doing laundry.
It's as comfortable and clean as my own home.
