The rate is based on two guests; please let us know in advance if there are additional guests, as extra charges will apply. Please bring your own toilet paper, towels, and personal toiletries. There is a commercial building right in front of the apartment complex offering various amenities, including a popular "mul-dakgalbi" (broth-style spicy stir-fried chicken) restaurant and a sauna. Sports facilities, including a gym, are located just across the street. It takes 5 minutes by car to reach Taebaek Station and the downtown area, where Hwangji Pond is located.
There is a bus stop in front of the commercial building, served by five routes. Taxis are also constantly waiting in front of the building.
Check-in is contactless; we will send you an information message once the booking is confirmed. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and pets are not allowed. Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation themselves. Please refer to the provided checklist to perform safety checks and complete the cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, and waste disposal (including sorting recyclables). Before checking out, please take and send a photo of the interior showing that cleaning and laundry have been completed.
Just a short distance away, you can enjoy a workout at the sports center or dine at popular Hanwoo (Korean beef) restaurants. There are so many places to visit in Taebaek. Cool Mt. Hambaeksan, where you can see the Milky Way in midsummer; Geomryongso and Hwangji Pond, the sources of the Han and Nakdong Rivers; Cheoram Coal Mine History Village, where you can glimpse the era of coal mining; and Tongri Tantan Park, a filming location for the drama *Descendants of the Sun*. Taebaek is truly rich in attractions, cafes, and delicious food!
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may apply if the included utilities are used excessively.
