There are lovely walking paths along the stream, as well as at Sajik Park and the Sajik Observatory. Located in the city center, offering plenty of things to see and eat. You can watch Netflix, YouTube, etc., if you have your own OTT accounts.

Check-in is contactless. The rate is based on one person; an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per week applies for each additional person. Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you check-in instructions. Smoking indoors and pets are not permitted. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
It is 3 minutes to Chungjang-ro, 10 minutes to Yangnim Penguin Village, and 5 minutes to the Asia Culture Center. Two university hospitals are nearby, and there are plenty of things to see and eat. The riverside road, Sajik Park, and the walking paths at Sajik Observatory are also great.
All utility and maintenance costs are included. An additional fee may be charged in the event of excessive usage. *From December to March, there is an additional weekly gas charge of 20,000 KRW for heating.
