This is the first occupancy following a recent renovation. It is quiet and peaceful for sleeping. 3-minute walk to Chungjang-ro. 5-minute walk to the Asia Culture Center. 10-minute walk to Chonnam National University Hospital, Namgwangju Market, and Penguin Village. The walking paths along the stream, Sajik Park, and Sajik Observatory are lovely. Located in the city center, there are plenty of things to see and eat. You can watch Netflix, YouTube, etc., if you have your own OTT accounts.
5 minutes from Asia Culture Center Station. Convenient access to the city center via subway and bus.
Check-in is contactless. The rate is based on one person; an additional fee of 5,000 KRW per day applies for each extra person. We will send you check-in instructions once the booking is confirmed. Smoking indoors and pets are not permitted. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
It is 3 minutes to Chungjang-ro, 10 minutes to Yangnim Penguin Village, and 5 minutes to the Asian Culture Center. Two university hospitals are nearby, and there are plenty of things to see and eat. The riverside road, Sajik Park, and the walking paths at Sajik Observatory are also great.
All utility and maintenance costs are included. An additional fee may be charged in the event of excessive usage. *From December to March, there is an additional weekly gas charge of 20,000 KRW for boiler usage.
