This is the first guest to stay after the recent remodeling. It's quiet for sleeping. 3-minute walk to Chungjang-ro. 5-minute walk to the Culture Center. 10-minute walk to Jeonnam University Hospital, Namgwangju Market, and Penguin Village. The riverside, Sajik Park, and Sajik Observatory walking trails are beautiful. The city center is rich in sights and food. If you have an OTT account, you can watch Netflix, YouTube, etc.
5 minutes from Munhwa Hall Station. It is convenient to all transportation such as subway and bus to the city center.
Check-in is contactless. The price is based on one person, and an additional 20,000 won per week will be charged for each additional person. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a check-in guide message. Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 12 PM.
Chungjang-ro is 3 minutes away, Yangnim Penguin Village is 10 minutes away, and the Asia Culture Center is 5 minutes away. Both university hospitals are close, and there are plenty of things to see and eat. The Cheonbyeon-ro, Sajik Park, and Sajik Observatory walking trails are also nice.
All management fees are included. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. *From December to March, there is an additional gas fee of 20,000 won per week for boiler use.
I had a comfortable and relaxing two-week stay! The host was kind and quick to respond, which I really appreciated.
