This is the first guest to stay after the recent remodeling. It has a clean white tone and is quiet at night. You can watch Netflix, YouTube, and other OTT accounts if you have them. Chungjang-ro is 3 minutes away. Culture Hall is 5 minutes away. Jeonnam National University Hospital and Namgwangju Market are a 10-minute walk away. It is in the city center, so there are plenty of things to see and eat.
It is 5 minutes away from MunhwajeonDang Station and is convenient for all transportation to the city center.
Check-in is contactless. The price is for one person, and there is an additional charge of 20,000 won per week for each additional person. We will send you a check-in guide message when the contract is confirmed. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and pets are not allowed. If any damage or contamination occurs to the property, compensation costs will be incurred. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 12 PM.
There are various attractions and restaurants, including historical sites in the nearby famous tourist destination of Yangnim-dong. A university hospital is also a 7-minute walk away. The Cheonbyeon-ro, Sajik Park, and Sajik Observatory walking trails are also nice.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. *From December to March, there is an additional gas fee of 20,000 won per week for boiler use.
