Deductions may be made from your security deposit. 😿 The bedding shown on the bed in the photos is not included as standard. (Basic bedding setup is available through our partner service.)
All utility costs are included in the maintenance fee. We have set the rate to the minimum. 🙏Please use only what you need. 🏭An additional maintenance fee of 10,000 KRW per week applies from December to February. 😿We may request an additional maintenance fee if included utilities are used excessively.
